Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable solutions aligned with enterprise best practices and rigorous coding standards.
• Collaborate synchronously and asynchronously across multi-disciplinary squads in the United States and India technology hubs.
• Participate in architectural reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, and production deployment cycles.
• Drive continuous quality improvements, security scanning (DevSecOps), and performance profiling.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion clean code, documentation, and automated testing coverage.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience corresponding to the required seniority level for this track.
• Deep command of modern software engineering patterns, distributed microservices, and asynchronous architectures.
• Demonstrated track record of writing clean, testable, and secure production code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across distributed global teams and client stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional industry experience.
